Erection, commissioning, acceptance test and training at METEX premises
The services agreed in accordance with the contract are carried out at METEX according to a detailed schedule. All the individual steps required to build the machine are planned in detail and carried out in time by our specialists. The schedule also includes a training phase for the customer staff. Our customers can have a look at this schedule at any time to inform about the production progress. This ensures that your operating and maintenance personnel is fully informed about technical details when the machine arrives at its destination. This makes the commissioning phase as effective as possible.
The on-site erection and commissioning work is carried out by our specialists only. For the installation work, our fitters are equipped with modern tools, measuring equipment and computers for the software feed.
Training
We offer our customers extensive training courses for their specialist staff, both at METEX and on site. These are carried out on the machine in a practice-related manner. Our customers receive detailed training programmes in time before the start of the agreed training periods.
Maintenance and service
In order to guarantee the highest possible operational lifetime for your machine, we offer our customers appropriate maintenance contracts. These regulate an inspection of the mechanical and electrical assemblies of your machine at fixed periods of time.
Recommendations from our specialist staff as preventive measures can avoid damage and breakdowns of the machine. Of course, there is also the option of remote maintenance. In addition, our service staff will support you on site.

A stable supply of high quality spare parts for our customers is a matter of course for us. We process your enquiries quickly in order to deliver the required spare part as soon as possible.
